Karisma Kapoor’s husband Sunjay Kapur has filed a petition for the custody of their two children, Samaira and Kiaan. A custody petition has been filed at the Bandra Family Court by his lawyers. It is learnt that Karisma does not allow Sunjay to meet with Samaira and Kiaan and this lead the former to file case against Karisma for children’s custody. Karisma is also ready to fight the case. She is not ready to hand over her children to Sunjay. Ever since Karisma left Sunjay’s home, she has been living in Mumbai with her mother Babita.
It is speculated that the actress maybe considering getting a divorce from Sunjay. Rumour is that Sunjay and Priya, the ex-wife of hotelier Vikram Chatwal are in relationship and have been spotted together on various occasions.
Karisma married Sunjay on September 29th 2003 and soon after the birth of their first children, report of their marital problem surfaced. Karisma left Sunjay’s husband with their daughter but later he again wooed her and brought her back. Situation was under control till the birth of their second child but soon Kiaan was born trouble again brewed and Karisma permanently left Delhi and based in Mumbai.
